Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter, divided into thirds
1 cup flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
¾ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
maple syrup or fresh sliced fruit, for serving
Directions:
1. Place 1 tablespoon of the butter in air fryer baking pan. Cook at 330°F for 3minutes to melt.
2. In a small dish or pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter either in the microwave or on the stove.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add milk, beaten egg, the 2
tablespoons of melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined but do not beat. Batter may be slightly
lumpy.
4. Pour batter over the melted butter in air fryer baking pan. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top.
5. Cook for 20minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Turn air fryer off, close the
machine, and let pancake rest for 2minutes.
6. Remove pancake from pan, slice, and serve with syrup or fresh fruit.
