¼ cup honey

1/3 cup lime juice

1 tsp lime zest, grated

2 cloves garlic, chopped fine

2 tbsp. yellow mustard

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

2 meat tenderloins, 1 lb. each, fat trimmed

Nonstick cooking spray


1- In a large Ziploc bag combine, honey, lime juice, zest, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and shake to mix.

2- Add the tenderloins and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight.

3- Spray the rack with cooking spray and add it to the cooking pot.

4- Place the tenderloins on the rack, discard marinade. Add the tender-crisp lid and set to roast on 400°F.

5- Cook tenderloins 40-45 minutes or until they reach desired doneness. Transfer to serving plate and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
