Ingredients:

1 pound beef, pork, and veal meatloaf mix

1 large egg

1 cup panko bread crumbs

½ cup whole milk

⅓ cup minced onion

¼ cup chopped cilantro

1 garlic clove, grated

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

½ tablespoon fish sauce

1½ teaspoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon

soy sauce

¼ cup, plus 1 tablespoon

gochujang

1 cup water

1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

1- In a large bowl, stir together the beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk, onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of gochujang.

2- Place the meat mixture in the Ninja Loaf Pan or an 8½-inch loaf pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

3- Pour the water into the pot. Place the loaf pan on the Reversible Rack, making sure the rack is in the lower position. Place the rack with pan in the pot. Assemble pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position.

4- Select PRESSURE and set to HI. Set time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

5- When pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the VENT position. Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure.

6- Carefully remove the foil from the pan. Close crisping lid.

7- Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 360°F, and set time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP to
begin.

8- In a small bowl stir together the remaining ¼ cup of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and honey.

9- After 7 minutes, open lid and top the meatloaf with the gochujang barbecue mixture. Close lid and
continue cooking.

10- When cooking is complete, open lid and remove meatloaf from the pot. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
