Corned Cabbage Beef

Cooking Time: 100 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 corned beef brisket
4 cups of water
1 small onion, peeled and quartered
3 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
2 bay leaves
3 whole black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon allspice berries
1 teaspoon dried thyme
5 medium carrots
1 cabbage, cut into wedges
Directions:
1- Stir in corned beef, onion, garlic cloves, water, allspice, peppercorn, thymes to the Ninja Foodi.
2- Lock up the lid and cook for about 90 minutes at “HIGH” pressure.
3- Allow the pressure to release naturally once done.
4- Open up and transfer the meat to your serving plate.
5- Cover it with tin foil and allow it to cool for 15 minutes.
6- Stir in carrots and cabbage to the lid and let them cook for 10 minutes at “HIGH” pressure.
7- Once done, do a quick release. Take out the prepped veggies and serve with your corned beef.
