Cajun Turkey Breast
Cooking Time: 35 Minutes
1 boneless, skinless turkey breast
2 tablespoons Cajun spice seasoning
1 tablespoon kosher salt
½ cup water
1- Season turkey breast liberally, evenly, and on all sides with the Cajun spice seasoning and salt.
2- Pour the water into the pot. Place the Cook & Crisp Basket in the pot, then place the turkey into the
basket. Assemble pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position.
3- Select PRESSURE and set to HI. Set time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.
4- When pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the VENT position. Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure.
5- Close crisping lid. Select AIR CRISP, set temperature to 360°F, and set time to 15 minutes. Select
START/STOP to begin.
6- When cooking is complete, open lid and transfer the turkey breast to a cutting board. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing or serving.
